Avernus is a coffeebreak style roguelike game made in Godot. It is set in the lower layer of hell named Avernus, manage your sanity(or take hold of your insanity) while you traverse the areas of hell looking for an escape. 
Current Features:       
- Randomly generated and premade levels.
 - 6 items to use for your survival
 - 3 monsters to kill you
 
Controls:
- Arrow Keys: Movement
 - Z: Use main hand, confirm
 - X: Use off hand
 - C: Swap main hand/off hand, cancel
 - G/Space: Grab, use stairs
 - Tab/I: Open info screen

I like the vibe of it, but as it stands it's kinda hard to tell what to do.
To my knowledge it's impossible to get the enemies to move first, and since the shiv only works to hit the 4 adjacent cells, you pretty much always have to get hit first to even have a chance of attacking the enemies. This makes it more about whether you're lucky enough to get enough healing items to survive rather than any actual strategy.
You also can't really run away from enemies since they move the same speed as you, and if you do you'll quickly get overrun.
Nice vibe, nice polish, but I probably have a skill issue
